Just over a month since it was released and ‘Just 14‘ has being read in some very interesting places and by some pretty famous people.

The semi-fictional book, about 14-year old Jonathan Stadler following his beloved Aston Villa in their successful 1980/81 season, was launched at the Cleveland Arms Darts pub, Wolverhampton, on Thursday 9th July. Villa legends Gary Shaw, Tony Morley and Colin Gibson were there to grab their copies of the, hot off the press, ‘Just 14’. They weren’t the only ones. Former Villa Director and now UEFA representative, Steve Stride, popped along to get his copy. Midland radio legend Tony Butler had already read his copy before the big day, as a thank you for his contributions. Another BBC radio personality, Tim Russon, also grabbed his copy on the big night.
Copies have also been enthusiastically received by two very famous Aston Villa fans, HRH Duke of Cambridge and Prime Minister David Cameron. Hopefully it will soon become Prince George’s bedtime story.
Villa fans are spread far and wide around the globe. ‘Just 14’ has been purchased from supporters in Australia, USA, China, South Africa and ten different European countries.
Who knows where ‘Just 14’ will turn up next…………
